The Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce represents the voice of industry, business as part of a national Chamber network delivering the majority of Local Skills Improvement Plans (LSIPs). In Oxfordshire and Berkshire we have reached over 1,000 employers developing meaningful engagement with them. We are using our reach to establish long term relationships between local businesses and training providers to encourage co-development of practical solutions to local skills challenges. Employers views are our guiding compass as we look to tackle skills, workforce development and recruitment issues within Berkshire. Our approach is grounded in pragmatism as we look to identify tangible solutions to positively impact the local employment landscape.
